Counted: CEA records for HDB resale where the salesperson acted for the seller, HDB town Tampines, Apr–Jul 2026 — all four months fully loaded, so no incomplete months are included. Agencies are each salesperson's current agency on the register. Records are transaction records, not unique homes: the data carries no address or unit identifier, so the same home can appear more than once (e.g. a seller-side and buyer-side record), and records cannot be de-duplicated into unique homes.
These fixed examples use the loaded CEA records and each salesperson’s current agency. Records are not unique homes or a service-quality rating. AI answers can be wrong; check important figures. This sample makes no live AI call.

Common questions
Is this an official CEA service?
No. This is an independent app using public datasets. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by CEA or data.gov.sg.
Do rankings identify the best agent?
Rankings count matching recorded activity. They do not rate service quality, honesty or the outcome you might achieve.
Why do the newest months look lower?
The loaded app flags August and September as still filling in. Lower recorded totals in those months should not be treated as a confirmed market decline.
Are these counts unique homes?
These are salesperson transaction records. The data does not provide a property identifier that lets this app count distinct homes reliably.
How precise are locations?
HDB records are grouped by town. Private-property records use postal districts, which may cover several neighbourhoods.
Which agency is credited with a record?
Agency attribution uses a salesperson’s current agency in the loaded register. It does not reconstruct the agency at the date of each transaction.
Can I download a table?
The tested Insights leaderboard downloads as a CSV file. The download contains the current filtered ranking.
What records can I explore?
The app reports the loaded period for each result. Imported source files can contain more history than the active query data, so check the period shown.
Does it work without the internet?
These workflows need an internet connection. This review tested Chrome with a mobile viewport; it did not test physical phones, other browsers or offline use.
How can I get access?
Open JJournal Property and sign in with Google to start the public trial. Insights, Find and Compare do not consume Ask questions. Existing email accounts can contact the JJournal team about approval.
How many AI questions can I ask?
The public trial includes 5 Ask questions per Singapore calendar week, resetting Monday at midnight. After approval, the allowance is 20 per Singapore day. Approval lasts for the period the team tells you. Insights, Find and Compare do not use Ask credits.
Can I upload my own spreadsheets?
Data uploading is reserved for the app owner. Public-account approval for more AI questions would not grant upload access.
Is there a WhatsApp chatbot?
No WhatsApp workflow was found or demonstrated for this app. Company WhatsApp links contact the JJournal team.
